Connecting Servicemembers with Civilian Employers

After S2IC Founder Jason successfully utilized the SkillBridge program during his Army retirement, our mission became clear: to help as many servicemembers as possible access this invaluable program during their own transitions.

We achieve this by helping industry partners understand and use the program, and by connecting servicemembers with SkillBridge opportunities at our partner organizations.

Expanding SkillBridge & Future Employment Opportunities

We encourage servicemembers to explore every avenue in their job search, including the SkillBridge database, personal and professional networks (such as LinkedIn), online job boards, and hiring events.

If you come across a specific role you’d love at a company that doesn’t yet offer SkillBridge, send us the job posting. We’ll reach out to see if there’s interest in hosting a SkillBridge intern.

Our goal is twofold: that by the end of the internship, the servicemember has secured a full-time civilian employment offer, and that the host organization sees the value of SkillBridge and continues creating transition opportunities for future servicemembers.
